François Letexier is a French football referee known for his work in Ligue 1, UEFA club competitions and international tournaments. He became a Ligue 1 referee in 2016 and joined the FIFA list in 2017.
His career includes major European and international appointments, including the 2023 UEFA Super Cup, UEFA EURO 2024 matches, the UEFA EURO 2024 final, the Paris 2024 Olympic Football Tournament and the 2026 UEFA Europa League final.
In 2024, he was named the IFFHS World’s Best Male Referee, making him one of the most prominent officials of his generation.
